5. Return & Replacement Policy (Important)

  • Delivery Check: Please open and check the package in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving.
  • Instant Return: If you receive a wrong or damaged (broken/leaked) product, call us immediately and return it to the delivery person on the spot.
  • Condition: After the delivery person leaves, no complaints regarding missing or damaged items will be accepted. As per hygiene standards, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

All our product prices are fixed. We try to maintain fair pricing based on Swedish Krona and shipping costs. Kindly do not bargain.
